Can I collect my order in person?

You very welcome to drop by and collect your order at our Kudzu shop in Bruges, St. Jakobsstraat 10, or buy items in our shop.

We do not deliver parcels personally. 

No appointment is needed in case you want to collect your order.

Can I visit your shop?

Absolutely, you are welcome to drop by at our Kudzu shop, situated in St. Jakobsstraat 10, 8000 Bruges (Belgium).

Do I have to spend the full amount of my gift voucher on one purchase?

You can place an order without having to spend the full amount of your gift voucher. The remaining amount will stay valid until your next purchase.

How can I pay?

You may use the following payment methods:

- transfer
- debit card (only for Belgian customers)
- iDEAL (only for Dutch customers)
- credit card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express)
- gift voucher
- cash on collection at our shop in Bruges, St. Jakobsstraat 10

What does Ecocert stand for?

The Ecocert label is an organic certified label which guarantees the eco-friendly production of food, cosmetics and clothing. Products with this label contain at least a 95% minimum of natural ingredients and have a recyclable packing.

What does FSC stand for?

The Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) is an independent, non-governmental organisation which strives for reliable forestry worldwide. Reliable forestry respects the environment, has a social dimension and is economically attainable. FSC was founded in 1993 by a group of forest owners, the forest-based industry, social movements and environmental organisations. In Belgium FSC is represented by Fair Timber.

What does the MADE-BY label stand for?

MADE-BY is an independent consumer label for fashion brands and retailers who want to improve the social, economic and ecological aspects of production and promote transparency in their supply chain. Their aim is to make sustainable fashion available to all.

The MADE-BY label assures consumers that a clothing brand will do all in its power to produce its items in an eco-friendly fashion, with care for people and environment.

MADE-BY offers advice to fashion companies and supports them to gradually improve the social, economic and ecological conditions throughout the entire supply chain of their collections.

MADE-BY aids manufacturers in the obtainment of social or environmental certificates and with the purchase of sustainable materials such as organic cotton through the MADE-BY network of farmers, spinners and fabric manufacturers.

What if I don't like the purchased article?

You are free to return your order within 14 days after delivery without statement of reason. The cost of return is at your own expense. We refund your purchase as soon as we have received the returned goods. It is important the goods have not been damaged and are returned in the original packing.

This rule only applies to distance selling, and does not apply to shop purchases.

What if my order is damaged?

In the unfortunate event of damaged or broken goods, contact us as soon as possible via info@kudzu.be. We will then send you an emblem (Belgian customers only), which will enable you to return the goods free of charge. A new product will be sent to you as soon as we have received the damaged or broken goods.

For orders sent overseas, we will refund all transport costs made by the customer.

When do I receive my order?

As soon as we have received the payment of your order, it will be sent to you by Taxipost (BE, EU) or Bel Traffic (NL) and should ordinarily arrive within two working days (BE) or within five working days (EU). The transport company provides each order with a unique barcode that will enable you to check your order’s status online.

Our Dutch clients should be aware that delivery time can take up to a maximum of 5 working days, as Bel Traffic collects orders once a week.

When you place an order, we will keep you informed on the status of your order at all times. Once your order is sent, you will receive an email with your unique barcode and the link which you can use to check the status of your order online.
